    我公司是日本ORC 产品的中国总代理，也有在和国内OEM定点加工

制作的SUNNET高亮度光源。

    AHD系列

  ORC短弧汞灯：作为一种高效光源，主要被应用于工业及其研发领域，其电弧具备很高的精确度，从而使这种灯在被替换时，不需要对光学系统进行重新纠位。

    ORC Mercury Short-Arc Lamps are used as high-efficiency light sources in all industrial and research field. The arc position is very accurate. Then it is not necessary to readjust the optical system when the lamp is replaced.

  短弧汞氙灯：该系列产品是一种深度UV曝光源，其紫外线波长在300nm以下亦可发挥效用，被应用于各个行业领域的高能量，高密度，高深度的UV照射。

The AHXD series is a group of deep UV point light sources， its ultraviolet rays below 300nm also made available. Permitting a high-energy density deep UV irradiation. They are used in various areas.

  短弧氙灯:该产品是一种高亮度的点光源，具有像阳光一样的连续光谱。这种产品具有很精确的电弧，在替换时不需要对光学系统进行重新纠位。

    The AXD series is a group of high-brightness point light sources having a continuous spectrum similar to that of the sunlight . The arc position is very accurate and it is not necessary to readjust the optical system when a lamp is replaced.

  低压汞蒸汽灯:该产品在波长为185nm—254nm时的照射可使水银产生共振，通常被应用于清洁、灰化、光阻材料的加强和光学CVD,此外对于超纯水制造中的氧化分解也非常有效。

    The VUV series efficiently irradiates mercury resonance lines 185 to 254 nm. It is used for cleaning, ashing and hardening of photoresists and optical CVD. It is also effective for decomposition by oxidation essential to the manufacture of ultrapure water.

  高压汞蒸汽灯：该系列产品的有效照射光谱在波长254nm—436nm之间，最强点在波长365nm处， ORC提供从节能型 30 w/cm 到超高输出160 w/cm，电弧长度60mm到1600mm的种类齐全的各种型号的灯。

     The lamps efficiently irradiate a spectrum is the wavelength from 254 to 436 nm peaking at 365 nm. ORC provides an assotment of lamps from energy saving 30 W/cm to ultrahigh-output 160W/cm and from 60 mm to 1,600 mm in arc length.

  金属卤化灯：该系列产品在高压贡蒸汽灯基础上设计，其照射波长通过卤素的增加从300nm 到 400nm不断增强，被广泛应用于液态光阻材料曝光和油墨固化。

     Designed on the basis of high pressure mercury vapor lamps. The metal hilide lamps irradiate the wavelength from 300 to 400 nm enhancing by adding halogen ide. Optimal for exposing a liquid photo resist and curing an UV ink..

     MXA系列是金属卤化灯中的一种，其强烈的射线波长可达到400—450nm,主要应用于影印石板术行业。

The MXA is in a garium group of metal halide lamps. The lamps irradiate strong ray in the wavelength from 400 to 450 nm. Optimal of photo-lithography.

毛细管状超高压汞蒸汽灯：该系列的灯是一种瞬间开关的直线式光源，共分两种型号：空气制冷型和水制冷型，水制冷型可以使灯照射下表面温度的升高降低到最小化，因为冷却的水吸取了灯辐射的热量，主要应用于曝光。

This kind of lamps are instant turn on/off type lamp and are linear light source. Two types of lamps, forced  air cooled and direct water cooled lamps are provided.The water cooled lamp minimizes a temperature rising on the irradiated surface because of cooling water takes away the radiated heat from lamp.
